We determined the tasks that were necessary for our personas to achieve their goals related to digital photo management. We categorized the tasks based on their frequency of application, labeling them as high, medium, or low.

ORGANIZE PHOTOS  
Organize by event The task of organizing a photo can be broken into different types of organizational schema.   All of the organizational items listed on the left are singular organizational principles that can be defined by the camera phone with one data request, except for event.   Event is a combination of many pieces of data that when interpreted by a human create a significant grouping of pictures.

Share with one person physically co-present using online tool Sharing happens with people who were or are around you, and it also happens with people who are not physically close to you (i.e. family members across the country).

Find by thumbnail image

Finding pictures is the actual retrieval of the images from the picture repository.   Using all of the data captured from the camera allows the user to search on whatever piece of data they remember best that is associated with a   picture (or group of pictures).
