Description

In this assignment I have created The Song Selector, this version feat. Star Wars songs. The Selector is represented as a meter with a light saber as a pin. The  direction of the light saber decides which song to be played. If pointed at Darth Vader, The Imperial March plays, and if pointed at Luke Skywalker, The Star Wars Theme plays.

Lab 5: Embarrassingly Obscure Video Game Song Tribute

Submitted by m-craig on Tue, 03/05/2013 - 12:12

This lab is as an homage to Cid Highwind--a pilot character from the RPG Final Fantasy VII (1997) who is probably best remembered for the fact that he swears way more than any videogame character needs to.

Lab6 - Chiptune Musicbox!

Submitted by Jenton on Mon, 03/04/2013 - 00:56

Description: I've created a simple music box, where 4 songs are programmed into the  board. By tapping on the FSR, you play one note in the song. The faster you tap the FSR, the faster the song will play, thereby allowing the user to dictate his own tempo. One of the potentiometer controls which of the 4 songs will play, and the other pot modules the pitch of the song slightly (but I haven't figured out a way to do this so it pitch shifts the entire song correctly).
