1. Content - Information from various sources has been reviewed for quality and relevance, rated for user level (i.e., novice, intermediate, expert) and presented in the following features on Gotcha:

2. Searching - All searches can be enhanced with automatically presented KM terms related to your query. Searches can then be sent across the web to search major search engines (Alta Vista, Hotbot, Infoseek), KM specific web sites (KM World and Brint.com), the Gotcha Library,and within the Gotcha site itself.

3. Help - If you're new to the Web or just new to this site, Help can provide some assistance to achieving some basic goals.
