1. Betsy Pontifico wants to find information on organizations that pertain to Mayan people in Guatemala so she can find people who may fund her new project there. She clicks on the button to 'Find People and Organizations'.

2. Betsy enters in "Mayan Guatemala" in the 'field/topic' box of the search page and clicks on the search button.

3. Betsy gets two search results with the information she needs to contact the head of each organization and find more information on each organization. She clicks on Carla Ruiz's name to get more information on that organization, since she already knows that the Worldbank is not an organization that can help her from her personal experiences with them.

4. Betsy wants to know more information about the International Telecommunications Agency, so she clicks the link to their site and finds out what programs they are funding and have funded in the past to see if she may talk to someone about her project.
