Problem 1: Some of the prominently featured links are not related to the completion of major tasks, so we end up devoting important screen space to tasks most users would no't perform.

Solution 1: Remove "Member's Only" and "Help" icons from the navigation bar.

Problem 2: Users had a hard time finding and differentiating between sign up and sign in.

Solution 2: Use "already a member" and "become a member" to clarify the difference between signing in or up.

Problem 5: Safety alerts neither well-developed nor prominent enough.

Solution 5: write a privacy policy, put safety notices on the bulletin board, link to safety/ privacy on homepage, include information on the sign up page.

Problem 6: The paper prototype did not seem fun - we needed some cool graphics (This problem discovered during Testing and the competitive evaluation of Book Adventure)

Solution 6: Look for and add new and fun graphics and colorful background images.
