         Simple to use.

         Likes three main icons. Doesn't see Search or pull down menu.

         Wants to see edition number and publisher.

         Wants to see any review or content about book after the prices and seller information. Wants to see prices right away.

         If price difference is miniscule (less than $5), user would prefer to buy more expensive book if condition is better. Max threshold for price: 2/3 price of original.

         Wants checkboxes next to seller names and a button that says "Contact checked sellers."

         Change wording in Screen L, account confirmation. Doesn't like the word "customer" since customers usually buy, not sell.

         Wants images of book covers in right panel

         Wants to see disclaimer about privacy while he creates account.

         Wants to have options about getting email news from BESS.

         User would sign up for service for email notification when the book he is looking for has been posted to BESS.
