Contact: When a buyer "contacts" a seller, information is passed between the two parties so that they can then arrange to meet and conduct a transaction. Find: Locate an item without specifying a particular method. Possible methods include navigation tabs and drill-down clicks. Compare with more specific term, Search. Recommended Book List: A list of books that a professor recommends students to read for a class. Required Book List: A list of books that a professor requires students to buy for a particular course. Search: Use a search engine to find an item. Select: Choose an item from a finite list of options, such as a pull-down menu or GUI list box.
