Design Evolution

The design for the Geneboree system evolved quite a bit through the paper prototype and several interactive prototypes. The largest changes came after user testing on, and a second heuristic evaluation of, the second interactive prototype. We would like to have been able to test the very different final design with users, but because it came so late in the design process this was not possible. Fortunately, this project will continue forward at the JGI, so we expect that user testing with the final design will be carried out in the future.
