Description
A paper propeller. Functions as a "cooling fan".
Materials
Paper card (w/ scotch tape - optional)
Scissors
Marker
2 Batteries
DC Motor
This code made the motor spin based on the right combination programmed into the potentiometer.
Attached the motor to a spoon so you don't have to manually stir anymore. Speed of the stirring is controlled by a potentiometer. When the pot-meter is turned to zero, the piezo speaker will let you know.
ASSIGNMENT
Connect a DC motor and a force sensor and create and Arduino program and/or object that displays the use of a motor.
MATERIALS USED
1 DC Motor, 1 FSR, 1 Bunny, 1 Toilet Paper Roll, 1 Butterfly Clip,
1 Plastic Hairspray Bottle Cap, Magnet, Electrical Tape
ARDUINO CODE
First off... I'm excited that I got something to work!
Push on the FSR to make the motor rev faster and faster.
The cork spinning on the motor provides an auditory representation of its speed.
As the speed increases, the diffused LED's shift from Red to Yellow to Green like a traffic light.
Trusty Diffuser: composed of cotton, cut-off bottom of Trader Joe's container, and soup bowl.
DC Motor & Cork.
Description
Using a DC motor to rotate a sexangula paper tube with ball and ground draw on it each surface.
Description
Based on the toy of 2 boxers, the system responds to the proximity of the user, and increases the speed at which the 2 boxers move their arms. A system of 2 pulleys was created to move the arms of both boxers. If their movement is fast, a red LED turns on, otherwise its green.
