PERSONAS & PRIMARY TASKS ANALYSIS REVIEWED

At this stage we reviewed each persona's task according to its importance and frequency (see an specific table for each persona at Persona Tasks, Importance & Frequency). At the table bellow we classified the Primary Tasks according to its importance for the set of personas. Our design should focus in the Primary Tasks (high and medium importance).

We also decided to change Stefan photo. The new photo better reflects his personality and physical characteristics.

Personas Redefinition Process
At the first write-up some questions were erased about the personas age, our focus and so. When reviewing Personas & Primary Tasks (more specifically, assigning Importance and Frequency), we tried to check points that would be incoherent in the personas profile. For example, the image related with our Primary Persona were not so great, so we found a photo that better match his chracteristics. After discussing more about our personas, we realized a new site business strategy was coming up: that would be a good idea to focus on people who works on dot.com (two of our persona have direct relation with this environment: Stefan & Rich; and one indirect relation: Leonardo (SO is from this environment). This represents well an important working segment of San Francisco. But we all know that SF is not only that. Chris is part of another side of SF, although she is a student, she is also more related with the alternative culture. And this alternative culture is large in size and in age and gender profiles. We can not achieve all this diversity. Also Chris represents the new Internet users, more then her generation. There would be also other segments related with her age, young workers dot-com, which are also diversity (some are like her, in personality, but web savvy). She probably will use the site, but the site is not focus on her.
