Numbers and bullets must be generated by XSLT.
The [fo:]list-block, [fo:]list-item, [fo:]list-item-label, and [fo:]list-item-body will generate list areas.
One way to do this:
<xsl:template match="h:ol|h:ul"> <fo:list-block margin-top="5pt"> <xsl:apply-templates/> </fo:list-block> </xsl:template> <xsl:template match="h:ul/h:li"> <fo:list-item margin-top="10pt"> <fo:list-item-label end-indent="label-end()"> <fo:block><fo:inline font-family="Symbol">•</fo:inline></fo:block> </fo:list-item-label> <fo:list-item-body start-indent="body-start()"> <xsl:apply-templates/> </fo:list-item-body> </fo:list-item> </xsl:template> <xsl:template match="h:ol/h:li"> <fo:list-item margin-top="10pt"> <fo:list-item-label end-indent="label-end()"> <fo:block><xsl:number count="h:li" level="single" format="1."/></fo:block> </fo:list-item-label> <fo:list-item-body start-indent="body-start()"> <xsl:apply-templates/> </fo:list-item-body> </fo:list-item> </xsl:template>
