Information Systems and Service Design (Fall 2011) UC Berkeley, School of Information

The midterm will consist of 5-7 essay questions. Everyone will be required to answer at least one particular question and then is given the option to choose three of the remaining questions (for a total of four essay answers). Each answer should be between 300-500 words (or about 3/4 page with standard fonts/margins) and should address the various parts of the given question (part a, b, c, etc).
