Now that you are clearer about your project and the services you want to offer, it is time to identify your requirements and prioritize them as well as generate a few use cases.

  1. Identify a comprehensive list of your requirements (about 10-20).
  2. Apply the MoSCoW prioritization to these requirements. Try to have some requirements in every category (note, this means some requirements will be scoped out).
  3. Update your traceability sheet with your most important/relevant requirements (these could be in any of the moscow categories, even the won't).
  4. For the Ms, write business level and essential use cases. For the 2-3 most important use cases, use Raven Cloud or some other use case modeling system to visualize the requirements and ensure the language clearly and correctly describes the process. Submit both the Raven Cloud (or other tool) diagrams and the text of the use cases.
