L.24 Iteration (11/22)

Every design effort inevitably has some work that needs to be done more than once. An iteration is the cycle by which a work product, artifact, or design is revised after evaluating feedback from a stakeholder. When “designing the iteration” we need to answer these questions: • What is the project scope to which iterative methods will be applied? • What are the processes in each iteration? • What is the "cycle time" of the iteration? • What kind of feedback will be collected and what will be done with it?
