SFMOMA DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LOW-FI PROTOTYPE SCENARIOS (3/5/01)

Scenario 1: You are a multimedia content developer at SFMOMA's education department. You've been asked to create a digital interactive presentation to support an upcoming exhibit called Exits.

Objective: Locate and acquire digital images for use by March 10, 2001.

Tasks:

    1. Request access to a master image of Still Life with Roses and Arrow, by David Ligare.
    2. Request digitization of and access to source file Fire by Elmer Bischoff.
    3. Process and submit the image request for Still Life… and Fire.

      Imagine that a few days have passed since you submitted the image request for Still Life… and Fire. 4. Review the image request.

    4. Determine what percentage of the image request is complete.
