Based on your readings and in class discussion on 4/1 and 4/8:
- take an information type (a tweet, a picture, a video, a post, a buddy list, etc.) from the service you discussed in class on 4/1 (Flickr, Twitter, Google, or YouTube) and make an argument as to its classification under ECPA and SCA-- is it 'subscriber data' 'other non-content data' or 'content'
- discuss whether the service that this information type relates to is "best" categorized as an "electronic communication service" or a "remote computing service" and why you believe this to be the best categorization.
Length limit for this assignment: 2-3 pages, double-spaced, normal font.
