Electronic Dental Records

I called my mom today to chat and mentioned the "Around the Corner or Over the Cliff" article we read last week which lamented the difficulties of one private practice to switch over to EHRs in 2005.  My mom is a dentist who has been in private practice for over 20 years and completely switched over to electronic dental records (EDRs?) in 2003 by her own volition, but I didn't remember hearing about her having as hard a time as these docs did.

 This article in TIME Magazine by Josh Quittner briefly describes a service offered by Google where you can pick one central phone number which will simultaneously route the call to x number of other phones (landline and/or mobile numbers), freeing you from being at a particular phone in order to answer the call... for those times when someone *really* needs to reach you quickly, I guess.
