Thoughtless Acts

 The photo is not clear, but on top of the trash-can there is a bus transfer that is still valid for an hour or so. The trash-can is near a bus-stop, and people often leave their still-valid tickets (or sometimes old monthly passes, at the beginning of the new month) for other people to use.
