Thoughtless storage of the phone

I take my phone with me wherever I go. In the house, I'm often carrying other things or engaging in some chore so my hands are occupied and can't hold the phone. Around campus, I can store my phone in my pocket or in my backpack, but my pajama pants are pocketless. Instead, I (thoughtlessly) store my phone by closing the flip phone on my pant waistline. This way, I can still hear it (and use a bluetooth headset) while doing other things.
