Lab 8 - Simple Mechanics

The goal of this lab is to study pivot points to create a cuckoo clock.  There should be a door that opens and a cuckoo clock that moves.

Part 1:

In Part 1 the goal is to create a trap door controlled by two pivot points for each door.

Part 2:

In Part 2 the goal is to use four pivot points to make a moving platform for our bird to move back and forth on.  There weren't enough available pivots so I had wing it.  I used a rotating middle joint to allow the platform to move forward and back a little bit.  This will give the illusion that the cuckoo clock is going to poke his nose out.  But then he hastily ducks back inside the doors.
