Failed Crawler
Description
Ariel and I tried to create a wheeled vehicle that moved forward by converting the radial motion of the servo motor (well, the 180 degree radial motion) into linear motion by having one servo motor push an extended arm forward and backward and the second servo move that same arm up and down, thereby approximating circular movement of a wheel and moving the vehicle forward.
We started by building the vehicle and trying to get one servo to rotate one wheel. Unfortunately, the concept didn't work, and we dedcided not to pursue the idea further, but our photos are below.

Code
We used the sample code "servo_control_pot.txt" from lab for this assignment.

Creators' Comments
In the end, the vehicle was too heavy and the wheels too flimsy to support its own weight and turn the wheel.
