Act1: Cross legs
We sometimes while sitting cross our legs in many different ways.
Act2: Heel outside the shoe
I found this one interesting as I also sometimes do this but did not realize it until I saw the subject in the photogrpah do this. I occasionally take my heel out of the shoe while the toe stays inside. Sometimes I do it beacuase its a hot day and I want to let some air inside my shoe, some times I do it out of habit or because of drinking too much coffee.
