Brainstorming Session on 2/27/99

At our first brainstorming session, we tried to answer questions that needed to be addressed for our Task Analysis Assignment and for the Gotcha project as a whole. We placed one relevant question on each piece of paper. Then we placed ideas in the form of post-it notes on the appropriate piece of paper. Whenever possible we attempted to cluster post-it notes with similar issues/people in one section of the paper.

We have scanned in the images of the papers we used at our session. They include:

1. Who are the agents?
2. What is the physical environment of potential users?
3. What do the users want to do?
4. What actions are required?
5. What are typical scenarios we envision?
