1. This is the home page of the Healthy Communities Website.
There is a navigational bar on the left side. The four choices are: Indicator Categories, Contact Us, About Us, and Search. If a user clicks on “Indicator Categories, then he/she will go to page 2. If the user clicks on Contact Us, an email compose screen addressed to the site administrator will come up from the user’s default email system. If the user clicks on “About us”, page 5 will come up. Finally if the user clicks on “Search”, then he/she will be directed to page 6.
There is also a group of individual indicators in the middle panel of the home page. These are randomly selected indicators that try to catch user attention directly. Each indicator has its own area with some brief status and descriptive information. Each indicator is clickable and will direct the user to the detailed indicator page of that specific indicator (page 4).

2. Page 2 is the Indicator Categories page. A list of all the available categories shows up and user can click on the interested category to look at all the associated indicators within that category. When a category is clicked, the user will go to page 3.

3. Page 3 is a list of indicators for the category that has just been selected. When an indicator is clicked on this page, the user will go to page 4 for that specific indicator to learn more about it.

4. Page 4 is the detailed information page for each indicator. It has the indicator name, some basic statistics including its score/current status over the past few months, a summary, explanation, and additional notes. Charts and graphs might be available depending on the indicator and its information. There are links that a user can click on for additional resources: A link to more information such as stories and articles related to the indicator, a link to view past trends of the indicator, a link to compare indicator status across different communities, a link to look at the source information, and a link to go to other indicators in the same category Users can also email this page to others after clicking on the "Email" button.

5. Page 5 is About Us, and the page has information on the organization – Healthy Communities Foundation, its history, mission, and value statements. It also has the goals of this website and why it is a good resource for people/professional interested in community health issues.

6. Page 6 is the search page where users can input keywords to search for any match in the entire website.
