1st Step: Register Now!

 
    Wasting area: This area is not effective if the user does not register
   
    Two solutions: (a) give Chris an example of what she will find if she sign up; or (b) show Chris examples with Editor's picks if she does not sign up
   
   
    No register! But Sign Up! Offer several entrances to sign up
   
     
   
    Area 1: should disappear if the user is a consumer.
   
   
   
    Newsletter: include quick sign up in every page. This can be solved in

2nd Step:
Registration login
     
    Too many steps for registration?
    Users will give up!
     
     
     
   
    Area 1: two options is always confusing
    Make a more simple way to returning members; making available something like Update Your MySFnight at SFnight at a Glance or at the MySFnight page
   
   
    Area 2: Make two separate entrances: one for consumers, other for players. If consumers choose the wrong one, will not have the customized area.

Registration Form
     
    Even if is not required, too many personal information
   
    Area 3: Make more clear what is Optional; Separate commercial user profile from Membership

After-Registration:
MySFnight at the Homepage
     
    Make clear that is mySFnight area for the user
   
    Provide options in case the user do not have Favorite Venues
     
    After registration, give users some feedback: thank you, some explanation about the changes, and feedback about e-mail confirmation if user checked the newsletter box.
