·        Requested by Marti – convert interview protocols and interview into HTML, we can provide word documents since already have  [already done]

 

To Do’s according to assignment

·        Project Vocabulary – already done, only need to add terms, if any

o       Scenarios

o       Personas

o       Information on Demand

o       Information – proactively

o       Review – customer review

o       Editorial – professional review

o       Event – Can be an event where several bands/performers are performing, may or may not be the same as the

o       SO – significant other, for one of the persona, the sexual identity of the significant other is unknown, so this term is always used to refer to the person. [already done]

·        Task scenarios – On Wednesday we discussed our (potential) task scenarios and each will focus on finalizing one based on our persona.  We should have the final ones ready for today.   

·        Tonight for the design part we should make sure we focus on central tasks first and then if there is time work with the not so central tasks (determine which are the central tasks first)

·        Revisions to Personas, Task Analysis –

o       it doesn’t look like we have much content revisions, especially given Marti’s comments.  Just some proof reading and editorial changes. 

o       Also need to make sure the Matrix is linked to the new assignment page so Marti knows we have completed it. [already done; also included a link in the old one]

o       Respond to Mart’s comment about Chris being the only one representative of the young age group.  Discuss that we want to focus on our primary client type: the dot.com and web-savvy user

·        Initial Design ideas – On Wednesday, we decided to each come up with something based on the task scenario we are working with.  Will be working mainly with this tonight.   Also decided to use “paper” tool. Probably just have Bin take a photo of each relevant page and add descriptions of the interaction sequence for the final “hand in”.

 

 

General thoughts

·        We need to use the website to present our work and help us organize our own “paper work”

·        Include dates in filenames for files sent to each other

 

 

Website things Rosa can help with if there is time after assignment:

·        Need background descriptions for Bin and Hong [already done]

·        Check overall navigation, Make navigation consistent [already done; I had to do this so I could be able to work on templates]

·        Bizarre link to Amazon’s customization, in Vocabulary, under Customization [already done]

·        Need to add links from Assignment 1 to Other assignments, it there a template? [already done]

·        “Rewrite some of the descriptions at some point, not change descriptions but improve writing from random thoughts to more coherent sentences :).” That would be great!

·        There is something off with the border after the header [already done; corrections made in the template]

·        Include email group button, make each member name an email or web link , or do the web link in the project proposal  [already done; corrections made in the template]

 

Rosa some of the things I did since I thought would be better to create a template and move all the pages. So give attention to the report review [including the VOCABULARY], and then if there is time, to the minutes.
