Friday 2/9, 7 pm

A. What we did:

1. We discussed our personas, and we decided that would maintain their descriptions, as well as the Primary Persona [Stephen]. For business reasons.

2. We created for pages for each Persona and a table with Task/Importance/Frequency

Please check at P4 [everyone has permission to access/write] the pages:

persona1, persona2, persona 3, persona4

3. We created a table with the Primary Tasks, and its Importance and Frequency

4. We analyzed what should be done next, divided the tasks between the group members, and define the next steps

B. Next steps:

1. It is recommended that everyone read the articles about personalization on the readers. If possible take some notes, of what you think is relevant.

2. Most important, here what you have to bring to the next meeting Wednesday, 14, 7 pm [or send if the meeting time does not work for you]:

Each one would need to:

2.1 Analyze the website specified regarding personalization/customization features available [Mysite, Newsletter, whatever is there]. Please explore it, signup, print examples if possible, write the kind of

personalization/customization features they have, advantages, drawbacks.

2.2 Based on the Primary Tasks [see page at P4, http://www.sims.berkeley.edu/courses/is213/s01/projects/P4/personaall.htm develop task scenarios with sequence of actions for the persona designated

for you [if you want to change the persona, negotiate with the person who has it, but make sure to do soon]
