Google Doc - Template
1. (For i202 Class Sections 10/18) Google Doc <<--- Use this document as a TEMPLATE / COPY/PASTE and do your own. (we can aggregate later and do "crowdsourcing" to collect our wisdom about the book and course..)

• Review the IFIOIR chapters and come up with 5-10  "key points" per chapter - the way Glushko does at the end of each chapter in the Document Engineering book.  These can be sentences lifted directly from the text or your summaries. The key is to make them crisp and not more than 10 or so from each chapter.
• From the IFIOIR readings "key points" -- create an index, that points from each key point to the place or places in text where the idea comes from  (since every section has a numerical name, this is easy).
• From the "key points" figure out the "big ideas" (some of the big ideas will have "downstream" or "upstream" connections. -- see example in Google Doc)

Group Study Session

1. Sign up for 2-3 readings

2. Create sample mid-term questions that cut across the chapters -- this is what we will review for a power study session.

3. Power study session will be Sat. Oct. 23rd at 1pm in the ISchool Lounge.
