Recently, Google released an interesting video that uses popular and fastest-rising search keywords in 2010. Using their collected data, they compile them into a video describing the overview and story of 2010.

Google's search keyword history is not just a IT company's data storage, but it reveals what the world has been interested in each category as it aggregates "billions of search queries people type into Google" over years. This video "Zeigeist 2010" shows how the world searched in 2010. The keywords showing in the video are categorized based on news, technology, fastest-rising and fastest-falling, and other groupings. The video also shows how information retrieval by search keywords is closely related to our lifestyles.

How the world will search and what search keywords wil be out in 2011? Google is likely to answer the question at the end of 2011 as well. And it'll be still interesting enough to notice, because we know that most people in the world search with Google.
