We will be using email for communication to and within the class. If you have a working email account, use it to send a note to the instructor, Michael Buckland, at   buckland@sims.berkeley.edu   If you do not have an email account, please go to any campus microlab, obtain one, learn how to use it, and then do this exercise. Consult Janice Woo if you need help. We will compile a mailing list for the whole class. If you are not yet registered for the class, this exercise is optional until you are admitted.
