This two-unit course complements IS 290-4, Document Engineering for E-Business with more extensive coverage of XML programming models and frameworks, XML tools and development environments, and implementation experience with emerging XML and Web services standards.
Grades will be based on class participation and on five take-home assignments, some of which will be completed by teams of students.
